Our Service provides image conversion from HEIC format to JPG/PNG, along with premium features including AI-powered upscaling and background removal. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts and Payment

Free Tier: Basic HEIC to JPG/PNG conversion is available without payment or registration.

Premium Features: Access to AI upscaling and background removal requires payment. We offer:

• 24-hour access pass
• Lifetime access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing premium access, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you don't own
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. However, by uploading images, you grant us a temporary license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

All uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after processing.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

8. Limitation of Liability
