2. 24-HOUR ACCESS PASS
2.1 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for the 24-hour access pass if:
- • The service is not working as described
- • You experience technical issues that prevent you from using premium features
- • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- • You have not extensively used the premium features (more than 10 conversions)
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- • You simply changed your mind after using the service
- • You have already extensively used the premium features
- • The 24-hour access period has expired
- • You violated our Terms of Service
3. LIFETIME ACCESS
3.1 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for lifetime access if:
- • The service is not working as described
- • You experience persistent technical issues that we cannot resolve
- • The request is made within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer right)
- • You have not extensively used the service (more than 50 conversions)
3.2 EU Consumer Rights
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right is waived if you have started using the digital service with your explicit consent.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- • You have extensively used the service
- • You simply changed your mind after significant use
- • You violated our Terms of Service
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund:

- 3. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond via email.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
If your refund is approved:
- • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- • Your premium access will be immediately revoked
6. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience technical issues:

- • We will work to resolve the issue promptly
- • If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund will be provided
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- • If you've used some but not all of the service
- • If there were temporary service disruptions
- • At our discretion based on individual circumstances
8. CHARGEBACKS
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- • Your access will be immediately revoked
- • We may dispute the chargeback if it's not legitimate
- • Future purchases may be restricted
